What is the best way to contact you?
You can email us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out our Contact form in the main menu above. Please note, emails sent over the weekend, on a national holiday, or during shop closures will be reviewed the next business day we're open. Your emails are important to us, so we'll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible!
What is your return policy?
Returns/exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged goods. We take great care when packaging our products, but if an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us and we'll assist in arranging a replacement of the same item or a store credit. Please note that requests must be made within 3 days of receipt.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours for cancellation requests. We can't accommodate cancellations after 24 hours since our shipping process will already be in progress.
When will my order ship?

Do you charge sales tax?
We are only required to charge sales tax on orders shipped within the state of California. Residents of California are required to pay the standard rate of 8.75%.
Do you ship internationally?
If an item I want to order is out of stock, can I be notified if/when it comes back in stock?
Yes! Please contact us to let us know which item(s) you’re interested in, and we’ll let you know when we expect your item to be back in stock.
Can I find your products in stores?
We just opened up shop and we’re working on bringing our products to the wonderful retail stores we love. We plan to update our Stockist List as we grow our company, so check back regularly for updates! In the meantime, you can find our entire line of products right here :)
